Warranty & Product Disclaimer

At Timbercraft, we take pride in crafting furniture that reflects the timeless beauty and integrity of solid wood. To ensure transparency and set the right expectations, please read the following carefully:

• Natural Wood Behavior
  All Timbercraft products are made using properly seasoned solid wood to regulate moisture content. While this significantly reduces the likelihood of warping, minor expansion or contraction due to seasonal changes is natural and does not constitute a manufacturing defect.

• Quality Assurance
  Each item goes through a rigorous, multi-stage quality inspection to meet our exacting standards of craftsmanship and structural performance. Slight variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products, which are not considered faults.

• Natural Variations
  Since we use 100% natural solid wood, each product will have unique grain patterns, knots, or color tone differences. These natural characteristics are part of the product's charm and authenticity, and not eligible for warranty claims or replacements.

• Color Representation
  While we make every effort to ensure product photos are as accurate as possible, actual colors and finishes may vary slightly due to:

  • Lighting conditions during photography

  • Display settings, resolution, and color calibration of your device

  • Natural absorption of stains and finishes by real wood
    Such minor differences are normal and do not qualify as defects or errors.

• Measurement & Fit
  Customers are responsible for confirming that the product dimensions are suitable for their intended space. Please also ensure the item can pass through doorways, staircases, elevators, or other access points in your building or residence.

• Leveling Tolerance
  A tolerance of up to 5 mm in product alignment or leveling may occur due to uneven flooring or surface variation. This is a common characteristic of handmade solid wood furniture and does not affect usability or longevity.
