Assembly Tools:

All the tools, accessories and instruction required to assemble the products comes within the packet only. Our service partner will visit your location within 72 business hours from the delivery of the product.

Delivery to remote areas is possible. Please call us to check availability before ordering.

If you have placed an order today and wish to cancel it either today or tomorrow *before* the product is shipped, we will accept the cancellation with a deduction of a **2.5% Payment Gateway processing and service fee** on the paid value of the transaction.

• Maintain indoor humidity levels between 40–55% to minimize the natural expansion or contraction of solid wood.
• Avoid dragging items across the surface. Use felt pads under décor items, vases, or lamps to prevent micro-scratches.
• When relocating the furniture, always lift it instead of dragging to prevent stress on the joints and floor scratches.
• If needed over time, consult a professional for re-waxing or re-polishing to restore the original finish and shine.
